Premium enhanced reports are custom-generated informational digital products. Each report is produced on demand based on the property details you submit and is delivered to your inbox shortly after purchase. Because reports are generated and delivered immediately, they are considered fulfilled at the time of delivery.
Informational Projections, Not Guarantees
Both the free estimate and premium reports are modeled, informational projections built from market assumptions. They are not appraisals, audits, financial advice, or guarantees of revenue, earnings, or any business outcome. Disagreement with the modeled output, or a decision not to act on the recommendations, is not by itself a basis for a refund.
Technical & Delivery Issues
We want every paying customer to receive what they paid for. If a verified technical issue prevents you from receiving your report as expected, support will review the situation case-by-case and may issue a full or partial refund, regenerate the report, or otherwise resolve the issue. Eligible situations include:
- duplicate or accidental charges for the same property report;
- failed delivery where the report was paid for but never produced;
- a corrupted, blank, or materially incomplete PDF;
- verified platform errors that prevented the report from being generated correctly.
Situations Not Typically Eligible
- change of mind after the report has been delivered;
- disagreement with the estimate range or recommendations;
- belief that actual revenue will differ from the projection;
- inputs were submitted incorrectly by the buyer;
- requests made after a reasonable review window has passed.
